We’re hiring Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Executives to join a fast-paced customer service environment. If you can communicate comfortably in Spanish and have BPO customer service experience, this could be your next opportunity.

What We’re Looking For

• At least High School Graduate

• Conversational Spanish proficiency — advanced certification is not required

• At least 1 year of BPO Customer Service experience

• Previous Bilingual Spanish CSR experience is an advantage, but not required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Customer-focused and comfortable handling inquiries and concerns

• Willing to work onsite in:

  • Jollibee Tower, Ortigas, Pasig City

  • Exxa Tower, Bridgetowne, Quezon City

• Amenable to night or shifting schedules
