Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email (Beauty & Streaming Accounts)
• Review and moderate online content according to company guidelines (Content Moderation Account)
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and excellent customer service
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues when necessary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of BPO experience required
• Previous content moderation experience is an advantage (for Content Moderation)
• Experience in customer service, beauty, retail, or streaming accounts is a plus
• High School, Senior High School, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate
• Good communication and comprehension skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
