JOB DESCRIPTION:

Infinix is looking for Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Executives. You will handle customer inquiries and provide support in both English and Spanish for our account.

SALARY + BENEFITS:

Compensation Package: Php 40,000 to Php 55,000

Note: Salary increases should not exceed 30% of the candidate's previous total compensation package

HMO + Night Differential + Allowances + Performance Incentives + Career Growth

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must be at least a high school graduate

- Conversational Spanish skills required. No advanced certification necessary

- Experience as a Bilingual Spanish CSR is preferred but not required

- Must have at least 1 year of BPO customer service experience

- Must be willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City or Ortigas, Pasig City

- Open to start ASAP

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in English and Spanish

- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns

- Meet quality and productivity targets

- Maintain customer satisfaction and service excellence
