Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Completed 2nd Year College and above.
  
• 6 months to 1 year of Financial BPO experience.
  
• Experience handling Banking & Financial accounts, credit cards, loans, payments, or account servicing

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Willing to work onsite and support a voice account.
