Job Title : Bahasa Indonesia Customer Service Representative | Multilingual BPO | Collections / O2C | Quezon City

Job Description: 

We are hiring Bahasa Indonesia-speaking Customer Service Representatives to provide exceptional customer support for an international process. Candidates with or without prior BPO experience are welcome to apply, provided they have strong and fluent Bahasa Indonesia communication skills.

Experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Order-to-Cash (O2C) is highly preferred but not mandatory.

Location: Quezon City, Philippines
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift: Rotational / Night Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone, chat, and email.

• Provide customer support in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• Assist with account inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, and product-related questions.

• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.

• Communicate effectively with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Maintain accurate customer interaction records in company systems.

• Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.

• Build strong customer relationships through effective problem-solving.

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.

• Able to communicate effectively and spontaneously in Bahasa in a professional environment.

• Able to understand complex conversations and implied meanings.

• Working knowledge of English is required for training and internal systems.

• BPO experience is not mandatory.

• Collections or Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience is an advantage.

• Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines with a valid working visa.

• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City and rotational/night shifts.
