Are you an experienced Pre-Sales and Solutions Manager with a strong background in Service Desk and IT Consulting? We are looking for a strategic leader who can drive business growth, develop winning solutions, manage large bids, and build lasting client relationships.

This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in pre-sales, bid management, solution design, and Service Desk operations, combined with a proven ability to close complex IT consulting opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end pre-sales and solution development for major Service Desk opportunities.
• Drive strategic sales planning, pipeline growth, and business development initiatives.
• Develop compelling proposals and solution presentations for clients.
• Manage large bid opportunities while ensuring compliance with established bid management frameworks.
• Collaborate with delivery, operations, and business units to create competitive and innovative solutions.
• Build and maintain knowledge repositories, best practices, reusable assets, and case studies.
• Support smooth transition from sales to delivery by working closely with delivery teams.
• Strengthen solution architecture capabilities and contribute to organizational knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Represent the organization at industry events and networking forums.
• Build strong executive-level client relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing Profit & Loss within an IT consulting or outsourcing environment.
• Proven experience in Pre-Sales, Bid Management, and Service Desk Solutions.
• Strong background in strategic sales planning, pipeline development, and closing enterprise IT consulting deals.
• Experience handling large bid proposals and solution architecture.
• Knowledge of public sector procurement and digital transformation initiatives is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to travel when required.
• BEMF Training is preferred.
• Stable employment history.
