SALARY RANGE: PHP 38,239.33–60,946 Monthly, Negotiable
SIGN-ON BONUS: PHP 20,000 Plus Incentives

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are urgently hiring fluent Bahasa Indonesia speakers to join a multilingual customer service team in Quezon City.

The successful candidate will provide professional customer support in Bahasa Indonesia and English through phone, chat, email, and other communication channels.

Applicants with or without BPO experience are welcome to apply. Previous collections or Order-to-Cash experience is an advantage but not required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone, chat, email, and other support channels
• Provide professional customer support in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Assist customers with account inquiries, service requests, billing concerns, product information, and general support needs
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while providing a positive customer experience
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers from different cultural backgrounds
• Accurately document customer interactions using the appropriate systems and tools
• Meet established quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets
• Build customer trust and loyalty through effective service and problem-solving
• Perform other duties required to support operational and business needs

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluent in spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia
• Able to communicate fluently and spontaneously in a professional environment
• Able to understand complex conversations, including implied meanings
• Working knowledge of English is required because training and internal systems are provided in English
• Open to applicants with or without BPO experience
• Previous collections experience is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash process is preferred but not required
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
• Willing to follow a shifting schedule or night shift
• Available to start as soon as possible
• Must be legally authorized to work in the Philippines
• Non-Filipino applicants must possess valid documentation that permits employment in the Philippines
