Job Summary

We are looking for Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Representatives (SPE) to join our team in Taguig. The successful candidates will provide excellent customer support to Spanish-speaking customers while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

This opportunity is open to Filipino non-native Spanish speakers with strong Spanish and English communication skills and at least 1 year of BPO experience.

Qualifications

- Filipino applicants only; non-native Spanish speakers

- Minimum 2 years in college with no back subjects

- At least 1 year of BPO experience

- Previous Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience is required

- Strong verbal and written Spanish communication skills

- Good English communication skills

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

- Willing to work onsite in Taguig 

- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including night shifts

- Available to start ASAP

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries and concerns through the assigned support channel

- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customers

- Communicate professionally in both Spanish and English

- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience

- Document customer interactions accurately in the system

- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards

- Meet established productivity, customer satisfaction, and performance targets
