WORK SETUP: Onsite | Shifting Schedule

Role Overview:
Join our Account as a B2B Sales, Retention, or Tech Customer Success Specialist! You will drive renewals, retain key clients, and ensure customer success within a SaaS business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage B2B client renewals and retention strategies.

• Drive inside sales and upsell opportunities.

• Ensure customer success using CS platforms.

• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).

• Resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• College Graduate – required.

• Min. 2 years relevant experience in:

  • Renewals, Retention, or Inside Sales (for Retention Specialist)

  • B2B Sales or Support (for B2B Sales Specialist)

  • Customer Success + SaaS Business Models (for Tech CS Specialist)

• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

• Willing to work onsite in Alabang with shifting schedules.

• Can start ASAP.
