Position: Associate Business Consultant (Associate Manager, Project Management & Transformation)

Location: Eastwood, Quezon City (Hybrid, 4 days onsite)

Salary: Up to PHP 100k/month gross

Shift: Day shift (flexible with time zones)

We are seeking an Associate Manager to support strategic projects and transformation initiatives. The role partners with the Senior Manager to plan, execute, and monitor projects while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Key tasks include creating project plans, tracking timelines and budgets, facilitating stakeholder communication, and developing business requirements.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years’ project management or operations experience in BPO/shared services, familiarity with automation, speech analytics, AI, and CCaaS, and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Project or JIRA. Strong organizational, communication, and risk management skills are essential.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, Filipino resident, stable work history (not a job hopper), and no current/past employment with Tech Mahindra. PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum certification is a plus.
