Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Business / IT Analysts and Application Engineers who can act as a strategic bridge between business requirements and technology solutions.

The role combines business analysis, IT application support, requirements gathering, technical solution understanding, testing, stakeholder management, and application troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with both business and technical teams and have experience with .NET/C#, REST APIs, Azure, application support, testing, UAT, and CI/CD environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.

• Translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions.

• Work with program managers, solution architects, business owners, and technical teams.

• Analyze and optimize business processes and workflows.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internally developed and vendor applications.

• Diagnose and resolve application-related issues and incidents.

• Collaborate with engineering and IT support teams to maintain application stability and performance.

• Support application integration and technical solution design.

• Prepare functional and technical documentation.

• Support testing, validation, UAT, and production releases.

• Design and execute functional and end-to-end test scenarios.

• Build and maintain regression test suites.

• Support test automation and CI/CD integration.

• Ensure quality gates are completed before release and UAT handover.

• Manage Business-to-UAT testing, validation, and sign-off.

• Collaborate with distributed teams and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, IT Analyst, Application Engineer, or similar role.

• Strong communication skills across business and technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working with distributed teams.

• Hands-on experience with .NET / C# applications.

• Strong understanding of REST APIs and integration patterns.

• Experience in application support and troubleshooting.

• Experience with software testing and application validation.

• Experience with UAT, functional testing, regression testing, or end-to-end testing.
