Role Overview:

We are seeking an Allied Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will assist members with pre-authorization, benefits, and eligibility claims for international healthcare accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from members regarding healthcare inquiries.

• Assist with pre-authorization, benefits verification, and eligibility claims.

• Resolve member concerns and escalate complex issues.

• Document interactions accurately in the system.

• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

• College Graduate or Associate Graduate (any course) – EXCEPT BS Nursing.

• Minimum 2 years call center experience catering to members (pre-auth, benefits & eligibility claims) under international accounts – required.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Amenable to Work at Home (WAH) setup with shifting schedules.

• Can start on August 24, 2026.
