WFM Team Lead

 Location: MOA

 Salary: Up to ₱35,000/month

We are hiring a WFM Team Lead to manage workforce planning activities in a BPO/contact center environment. The role will focus on staffing, scheduling, forecasting, reporting, and day-to-day workforce operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 1–4 years of WFM experience
• Experience as a WFM Analyst, Reports Analyst, Reports Supervisor, or Team Lead
• BPO/Contact Center experience
• Experience in staffing, scheduling, forecasting, and workforce planning
• Knowledge of Verint, NICE, Aspect, Genesys, or similar WFM tools
• Strong Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills
• Leadership or team management experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
