Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Workday Payroll professional to support the implementation, configuration, customization, integration, and maintenance of Workday Payroll solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Workday Payroll and related Workday modules, along with experience in enterprise integrations and software development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in Workday Payroll and related Workday modules.

• Configure, customize, deploy, and support Workday applications.

• Develop and maintain Workday integrations with enterprise systems such as SAP.

• Create and maintain Workday reports, EIBs, Core Connectors, PICOF/PECI, Workday Studio, and Web Services.

• Update and enhance existing applications by debugging and implementing improvements.

• Support the software development lifecycle for enterprise applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.

• Participate in Agile (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) development environments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant Workday experience.

• Strong expertise in Workday Payroll.

• Experience with:

  • Advanced Custom Reports

• Knowledge of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, system administration, portal configuration, and integrations is an advantage.

• Knowledge of software engineering principles.

• Experience with Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).

• Exposure to technologies such as Java, Python, C#, SQL, Azure, Angular, Node.js, REST APIs, Oracle, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or similar is a plus.

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Must not be a job hopper.

• Must not be a current or former Wipro employee.
