Job Overview

We are looking for a Wealth & Banking Service Helpdesk Analyst to support high-net-worth clients and Wealth Advisors by providing accurate, timely, and professional service across phone, email, and digital channels.

The role involves handling banking and wealth-management service requests, supporting transactions, resolving complex client concerns, maintaining accurate CRM records, and ensuring compliance with established policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Wealth clients and Advisors.

• Handle client service requests through phone, email, and digital channels.

• Develop strong knowledge of wealth and banking products, systems, and processes.

• Resolve complex client concerns while following compliance and regulatory requirements.

• Build effective working relationships with Wealth Advisors and internal teams.

• Process transfers, overdrafts, and other banking transactions accurately and within SLA.

• Handle wire agreements and time-sensitive wire transactions with a high level of accuracy.

• Document client interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately in CRM/Salesforce.

• Meet established quality, productivity, and behavioral performance targets.

• Contribute to positive client service and satisfaction metrics.

• Work assigned shifting schedules as required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.

• At least 1 year of client service experience in banking, financial services, or wealth management.

• Experience with retail banking or wealth platforms such as Client Central or Salesforce is an advantage.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to changing processes and technology.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new technologies.

Work Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM shifting schedule

• Saturday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Weekday off provided in exchange for Saturday work, as applicable.

• Open to applicants currently residing in the Philippines who already have the legal right to live and work in the country.
