Job Description

Accenture is hiring Capital Markets Operations – Settlements Senior Analysts to support trade settlements and post-trade operations within Capital Markets. The role involves managing trade matching, settlement activities, inventory management, reconciliation, and operational risk while working closely with Front Office, Middle Office, and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform trade pre-matching and trade matching activities.

• Monitor and resolve unmatched trades and settlement exceptions.

• Investigate settlement breaks and coordinate timely resolutions.

• Manage inventory positions, reconciliations, and stock movements.

• Process trade lifecycle events accurately.

• Handle claims investigations and operational escalations.

• Coordinate with Front Office, Middle Office, brokers, and counterparties.

• Prepare reports and maintain trade settlement records.

• Ensure compliance with operational controls and service level agreements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Trade Settlements or Capital Markets Operations.

• Experience supporting trading activities involving physical or financial products.

• Strong knowledge of trade processing, settlements, reconciliation, and exception management.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced MS Excel skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Willing to work onsite in Taguig (BGC) on a Night Shift.

• Must not be a current or former Accenture employee.

• Must not have an active Workday profile with Accenture.
