Job Summary:
We are looking for a Client Service Voice Support / Wealth & Banking Service Associate to provide high-quality service and problem resolution to banking and wealth management clients. The role involves handling client interactions through phone, email, and chat while supporting transactional and service-related requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Wealth clients and advisors for service requests and problem resolution.

• Handle client interactions through phone and electronic communication channels.

• Develop strong knowledge of banking products, processes, and programs.

• Provide tailored solutions for clients while following operational, audit, and regulatory requirements.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with Wealth advisors and internal teams.

• Handle day-to-day banking transactions such as transfers and overdraft-related requests accurately and efficiently.

• Facilitate wire agreements and process time-sensitive wire requests with a high level of accuracy.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions in CRM/Salesforce.

• Meet required quality, productivity, service-level, and behavioral standards.

• Support the Wealth division in achieving client service measurement targets.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Banking, Financial Services, Wealth Management, or Investment.

• Experience in voice-based customer service combined with retail banking is preferred.

• Experience acquiring and managing retail banking clients.

• Exposure to deposits/CASA generation and client portfolio management.

• Experience with cross-selling banking products such as loans, cards, insurance, or investments.

• Strong client relationship management and customer-service skills.

• Ability to provide consultative solutions to client requirements.

• Good understanding of banking products and transactions.

• English voice proficiency at B2 level or above.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and relationship-building skills.

• Candidates must currently be in the Philippines and have the legal right to live and work there.

Relevant Backgrounds/Titles:
Relationship Manager/Officer, Relationship Associate, Business Relationship Officer, Personal Banker, Priority/Premier Relationship Manager, Branch Sales Officer/Associate, New Accounts Officer, Sales & Service Officer, Client Relationship Officer, or similar retail banking/client service roles.

Note: Candidates with commercial/corporate relationship management experience primarily focused on credit evaluation, commercial lending, or SME portfolios should only be considered where they also have strong retail banking and client-acquisition exposure.

Work Schedule:
Flexible schedule as required, including weekday and Saturday shifts. Candidates must be amenable to an onsite night-shift schedule in Taguig.
