Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Architect – SAP Quality Management (QM) who can assess existing business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, gather high-level requirements, and translate business needs into effective technology-enabled solutions.

The role will support business transformation initiatives by developing business cases, designing business solutions, facilitating collaboration between business and technical teams, and supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Work independently and develop expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Quality Management.

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and business value.

• Gather, analyze, and validate high-level business requirements from stakeholders.

• Translate business requirements into effective SAP QM and technology-enabled solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with organizational objectives.

• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.

• Design and implement quality control processes aligned with business objectives.

• Support the development and implementation of change management strategies.

• Monitor project progress and provide feedback to stakeholders.

• Contribute to team discussions and provide solutions to business and project-related challenges.
