Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Architect – SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to evaluate and optimize business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.

The role involves collaborating with multiple stakeholders and teams to develop scalable business solutions, support organizational transformation, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and collaborate with teams to deliver business solutions.

• Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and business value.

• Gather, analyze, and translate high-level business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders and contribute to key business and technology decisions.

• Provide solutions to complex problems affecting the immediate team and cross-functional teams.

• Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse stakeholders to ensure effective execution of initiatives.

• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and promoting industry best practices.

• Develop and support business cases for strategic initiatives and transformation programs.

• Support change management and organizational transformation activities.

• Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing and professional development.

• Ensure business solutions are aligned with organizational objectives and technology capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

• Expert-level proficiency in SAP IBP.

• Strong understanding of Business Process Modeling and Enterprise Architecture Frameworks.

• Experience translating complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Ability to analyze and optimize business processes to support strategic objectives.

• Experience in developing business cases and supporting transformation initiatives.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.

• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Cebu, Philippines.
