Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Architect with strong expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM) to identify opportunities that deliver tangible business value. The role will assess current business processes, gather high-level requirements, design business solutions, and translate business needs into technology-enabled operating models.

The Business Architect will work closely with business and technical teams to support transformation initiatives, develop business cases, and guide the implementation of strategic projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP EWM and warehouse management processes.

• Collaborate with and manage teams to deliver effective solutions.

• Take ownership of team-level decisions and contribute to cross-functional decisions.

• Engage with multiple teams and provide practical solutions to complex business challenges.

• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Gather and translate high-level business requirements into effective technology-enabled solutions.

• Support the development of business cases and operating models.

• Monitor project progress and adjust plans according to evolving business requirements.

• Mentor team members and support their professional development.

• Promote collaboration and effective stakeholder engagement.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Expert proficiency in SAP EWM.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant SAP EWM experience.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and supply chain operations.

• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide business solutions.

• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and practical solutions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Candidate Eligibility

• Minimum 3 years of relevant SAP EWM experience.

• Candidates must currently be based in the Philippines.

• Candidates must already have the legal right to live and work in the Philippines.

• Must be willing to work in a hybrid setup with a shifting schedule in Cebu.
