Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will provide professional and efficient customer support while communicating with customers in both English and conversational Spanish.

This role is ideal for candidates who have BPO customer service experience and are comfortable handling customer inquiries in Spanish. Advanced Spanish certification is not required; conversational Spanish proficiency is sufficient.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service through appropriate communication channels.

- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, account concerns, and general support needs.

- Communicate effectively in English and conversational Spanish.

- Listen actively to customers, identify their concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.

- Accurately document customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions in the appropriate systems.

- Follow established company policies, procedures, and service standards.

- Handle customer concerns professionally while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.

- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team when necessary.

- Maintain accuracy and professionalism when handling customer information.

- Meet established productivity, quality, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.

- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

- Perform other customer service-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- At least a High School Graduate.

- Must have at least one (1) year of BPO customer service experience.

- Conversational Spanish skills are required.

- Advanced Spanish certification is not required.

- Previous experience as a Bilingual Spanish CSR is preferred but not required.

- Must have good English communication skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Customer-oriented, professional, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Must be willing to work onsite.

- Willing to work at either Bridgetowne, Quezon City or Ortigas, Pasig City.

- Must be flexible with work schedules, including shifting schedules, if required by the account.
