• Lead day-to-day Accounts Payable operations and ensure service levels, productivity, quality, and compliance targets are met.

  
  



• Manage, coach, and develop Accounts Payable team members.

  
  



• Oversee Vendor Master Data (VMD) processes and ensure data accuracy and compliance.

  
  



• Act as a key point of contact for customers and client stakeholders.

  
  



• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.

  
  



• Collaborate with offshore, remote, and geographically distributed teams.

  
  



• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.

  
  



• Support operational transitions, service stabilization, and process transformation initiatives.

  
  



• Prepare and review operational reports and performance metrics.

  
  



• Ensure adherence to company policies, client requirements, and internal controls.

  
  



• Partner with relevant teams to implement process improvements and maintain consistent service delivery.

  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  
  



• 6–10 years of experience in Accounts Payable operations.

  
  



• Minimum 2–3 years of people management experience.

  
  



• Strong experience in Vendor Master Data Management (VMD).

  
  



• Previous experience in a BPO, Shared Services, or Global Business Services (GBS) environment.

  
  



• Experience managing offshore, remote, or geographically distributed teams.

  
  



• Proven experience working directly with customers and client stakeholders.

  
  



• Experience in operational transitions, service stabilization, or process transformation initiatives is preferred.

  
  



• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  
  



• Willing to work 100% onsite in Cebu City.

  
  



• Willing to work on a night shift schedule.

  
  



• Must be available to start ASAP.
