WE’RE HIRING: Accounts Payable Lead – BPO Setting

Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional with strong leadership skills and experience managing teams in a BPO or shared services environment?

We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Lead who can oversee AP operations, support team performance, work closely with clients, and help drive process improvements.

Location: Central Bloc 2, Cebu IT Park, Cebu City
Work Setup: 100% Onsite
Schedule: Night Shift
Salary: Up to PHP 64,000 package
Start Date: ASAP\

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 6–10 years of experience in Accounts Payable operations.

• At least 2–3 years of people management experience.

• Strong experience in Vendor Master Data (VMD) Management.

• Previous experience in a BPO, Shared Services, or Global Business Services environment.

• Experience managing offshore, remote, or geographically distributed teams.

• Proven ability to work closely with customers and client stakeholders.

• Experience supporting operational transitions, service stabilization, or process transformation is a strong advantage.

• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

What You’ll Do

As an Accounts Payable Lead, you’ll help ensure smooth and efficient AP operations while supporting your team and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and supporting the Accounts Payable team.

• Monitoring day-to-day AP operations and service delivery.

• Managing Vendor Master Data processes and ensuring data accuracy.

• Coaching and developing team members.

• Working with clients and stakeholders to address operational concerns.

• Supporting transitions, process improvements, and service stabilization initiatives.

• Ensuring team performance and processes meet agreed service standards.
