Job Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and employee expense claims accurately using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).

• Perform 3-way matching of Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, and Invoices.

• Prepare and execute weekly/monthly vendor payment runs.

• Assist with month-end closing activities, including AP accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliations.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit standards, and local tax regulations.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking vendors, handling payment inquiries and resolving invoice discrepancies.

• Coordinate with Procurement and Receiving teams to resolve billing and payment issues.

• Translate AP-related documents and communications between Mandarin and English as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), or General Accounting.

• Business-level proficiency in Mandarin (HSK Level 6 or HSK Level 5 preferred; strong HSK Level 4 may be considered).

• Business-level English communication skills.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

• Familiarity with Mandarin business etiquette and corporate communication.

• Experience in a Shared Services Center (SSC) or BPO is an advantage.

• Knowledge of China's Value-Added Tax (VAT) is a plus.

• Must be willing to work onsite in Aura, Taguig on a permanent night shift.
