About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development / Project Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand market presence across Klang Valley and Northern Malaysia. This role focuses on engaging developers, M&E consultants, architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders to promote electrical product solutions during the project specification stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strong product knowledge and recommend suitable solutions based on customer requirements.

• Build relationships with developers, consultants, architects, interior designers, and contractors to secure product specifications for new projects.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.

• Deliver effective sales presentations, prepare quotations, and negotiate to close sales opportunities.

• Provide professional pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

• Monitor project pipelines and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and project execution.

• Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification.

• At least 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Project Sales, or Technical Sales.

• Experience in project-based industries such as:

  • Construction

  • Electrical products

  • Building materials

  • Mechanical systems

  • Water pumps

  • Water piping

  • Air conditioning (HVAC)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Mandarin and English proficiency is preferred to support a diverse customer base.

• Positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.

• Must possess own transportation or reside close to the office for convenient commuting.

• Willing to travel extensively within Klang Valley, Northern Malaysia, and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).
