Job Description

We are looking for a WFA Processor with experience in Workforce Administration, Employee Data Management, and Payroll transactions within the Hire-to-Retire process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Employee Data Management and workforce administration activities.

• Handle simple to medium-complex Payroll transactions within the Hire-to-Retire process.

• Process employee-related transactions accurately while ensuring adherence to defined processes and timelines.

• Coordinate with upstream and downstream teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Maintain accuracy, quality, and compliance in employee and payroll-related processes.

• Support process requirements based on applicable country regulations and policies.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of overall work experience.

• At least 1 year of experience in Employee Data Management or back-office operations.

• Experience in Workforce Administration.

• Experience in handling simple and medium-complex Payroll transactions.

• Knowledge of the Hire-to-Retire process.

• Good communication and coordination skills for working with internal stakeholders and partner teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with SAP.

• Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central.

• Experience with Kronos.

• Awareness of relevant country regulations.
