We are hiring for the role of WFA Processor for Chennai location.

Job Details

• Role: WFA Processor

• Location: Chennai

• Experience: 2 to 4 Years

• Band: BPO 1/2

• Salary: 6-7 LPA

Job Responsibilities

• Support Employee Data Management back-office operations

• Handle simple and medium-complex payroll transactions within the Hire-to-Retire process

• Coordinate with upstream and downstream partners for day-to-day operational activities

• Ensure accurate processing of workforce administration activities

• Maintain employee records and operational documentation

Required Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of overall work experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Employee Data Management operations

• Experience in Workforce Administration

• Experience in handling payroll transactions within Hire-to-Retire process

• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SAP

• Experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central

• Exposure to Kronos

• Awareness of country regulations
