The Opportunity

We’re looking for a detail-oriented VOD Operations professional to support metadata workflows, ticket triage, partner coordination and quality operations for a global media environment.

What You’ll Do

• Review and identify unique IDs in third-party databases using partner metadata.

• Handle daily tickets and triage issues according to defined processes.

• Manage metadata requests as the primary workflow and support additional workflows as required.

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and external stakeholders through written communication.

• Prepare QA data for new partner onboarding.

• Monitor operations to ensure SLA, quality and accuracy targets are met.

• Handle escalations and seek clarifications through email when required.

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports.

• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes.

• Support cross-functional teams and other workflows as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Operations/BPO.

• Graduate.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Strong computer and data-handling skills.

• Process-oriented, detail-focused and adaptable.

• Good presentation and reporting skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Experience dealing with internal/external customers or stakeholders.

• Comfortable working in a non-IT BPO operations environment.

Work Requirements

• Mandatory Work From Office – Bangalore

• Permanent 9:00 PM–6:00 AM IST shift with no rotation.

• Must be comfortable communicating regularly with US-based teams and stakeholders.
