Job Overview

We are looking for a VOD Team Member to manage metadata requests, daily tickets, issue triaging, partner coordination, reporting, and SLA adherence. This is a BPO Operations role, not an IT role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage metadata requests and identify unique findings in third-party databases.

• Handle daily tickets and triage issues as per defined guidelines.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

• Seek clarifications through email where required; calls are not permitted.

• Support QA data preparation during new partner onboarding.

• Submit daily and weekly operational reports.

• Monitor SLA adherence and manage escalations.

• Support additional workflows as required by the Team Lead.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of Operations/BPO experience.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Good analytical, decision-making and presentation skills.

• Strong computer skills and process-oriented approach.

• Quick learner who can work independently or in a team.

• Ability to deliver results within defined timelines.

• Experience handling internal/external customers is preferred.

Work Details

• Work From Office – Mandatory

• Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST

• Permanent Night Shift – No Rotation

• Shift requires regular communication with US-based teams and stakeholders.

• This is a BPO process and not an IT role.
