Role: US Mortgage Bankruptcy

What we're looking for:

• Working knowledge of Proof of Claims (POC), Motion for Relief (MFR), PPFN, PCN, NOFC
• Knowledge of Referrals to Release, Reaffirmations, Plan Review & SOI Review
• Understanding of Transfer Notices
• Experience with 410A forms & payment history preparation
• Experience preparing POC & MFR drafts for attorney review
• Good understanding of Chapter 13 guidelines — plan structure, repayment, discharge & eligibility
• Knowledge of Bankruptcy setup, closure & discharge processes
• Working knowledge of Chapters 7, 11 & 13
• Experience handling setup, corrections & modifications of key bankruptcy dates

Eligibility

• Minimum 15 years of education / degree completion
• 1–5 years of relevant domain experience preferred
• Good written & verbal communication skills in English
• Ex-TCS employees are not eligible
