US Mortgage Bankruptcy – Job Description

Job Summary

We are hiring professionals with experience in US Mortgage Bankruptcy processes and strong knowledge of bankruptcy documentation, Chapter 7, 11 and 13 processes, payment history and attorney review activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Proof of Claims (POC) and Motion for Relief (MFR) processes.

• Prepare POC and MFR drafts for attorney review.

• Work on PPFN, PCN, NOFC, referrals to release and reaffirmations.

• Perform Plan Review and SOI Review.

• Handle Transfer Notices and bankruptcy-related documentation.

• Prepare and review 410A forms and payment histories.

• Understand bankruptcy setup, corrections, modifications, closure and discharge processes.

• Apply Chapter 13 guidelines covering plan structure, repayment, eligibility and discharge.

• Work across bankruptcy Chapters 7, 11 and 13.

• Maintain accuracy and quality while meeting process SLAs.

• Communicate effectively with internal/external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–7 years of relevant US Mortgage Bankruptcy experience.

• Working knowledge of POC, MFR, PPFN, PCN, NOFC and related bankruptcy processes.

• Experience with 410A forms and payment history preparation.

• Good understanding of Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy processes.

• Knowledge of bankruptcy setup, closure and discharge.

• Good written and verbal English communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Education

Basic degree completion – minimum 15 years of education.

Eligibility

Ex-TCS employees are not eligible.
