Role: US Mortgage Bankruptcy

Location: Gandhinagar/Chennai 

Experience: 1-7yrs

Band: BPO 2

Salary: up to 8 LPA

Shift: US Shift

Mandatory WFO for 5 days a week.

Process / domain knowledge required:

Working knowledge of - Proof of Claims / Filing of Motion for Relief / PPFN / PCN / NOFC / Referrals to Release / Reaffirmations / Plan Review / SOI Review / Transfer Notices.

Experience with 410A forms and payment history preparation

Experience with POC and MFR draft preparation for attorney review

Good understanding of Chapter 13 guidelines - Plan structure, Repayment, Discharge, Eligibility.

Understanding of bankruptcy setup, closure, and discharge processes

Knowledge of Bankruptcy chapters 7, 11 and 13 and payment history preparation

Working knowledge of each bankruptcy chapter, including setup, corrections, and modifications of key dates

Qualification & experience:-

Basic degree completion (15 years of education)

Required educational qualification and relevant years of experience in the specified domain / skill.(1-5yrs)

Good written and oral communication skills in English
