Education / Qualifications:

- Finance Professional with 5 to 10 years of work experience

- Experience working with quick turn-around deadlines and global stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand F&A and perform quality checks for F&A teams - PTP, OTC, RTR, Payroll, Project Costing, Treasury, Tax, FPA

- Perform deliverables and support AP, RTR, PTP teams in month-end and quarter-close activities as required

- Performing compliance verification, approval and quality review

- Internal quality control review and SOX reporting review

- Supporting statutory audit, internal audit and GFCs compliances

- Arrange periodic trainings for staff regarding changes in accounting policies and customer-specific changes

- Conduct periodic calls and meetings with clients to discuss SLA and KPI compliance and ongoing process improvements

- Drive transformation and process improvement initiatives

- QC activities and audit

- MIS reporting on SLA and KPI

- Stakeholder management and preparation of governance decks
