Job Description : 

We are hiring Customer Service Associates for International Voice Processes supporting US and Australia Banking & Cards customers. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with international voice experience who have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

​Locations: Mumbai & Pune
​Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through inbound/outbound voice support.

• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality standards.

• Achieve SLA, AHT, CSAT, and productivity targets.

• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.

• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

• Follow process guidelines and compliance requirements.

• Adapt to changing business requirements and process updates.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate with 1–3 years of International Voice experience.

• OR HSC with 18 months–3 years of International Voice experience.

• Experience in Banking, Travel, Healthcare, Collections, E-commerce, Telecom, or Technical Support is preferred.

• Excellent English communication with a neutral accent.

• Good computer skills and typing proficiency.

• Willing to work in a 24×7 rotational shift.
