Education

• Graduation is mandatory from a recognized university.

• Undergraduate candidates are eligible only if they have 18 months of relevant international voice experience.

Experience

• Experience in International Voice Process is mandatory.

• Candidates will be evaluated for either Customer Service Executive (CSR) or Technical Support Executive (TSR) based on their CV and experience.

• Candidates with technical support experience are preferred for the TSR role.

Language & Communication Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• English proficiency of B2 or above is mandatory (CEFR framework); C1 is preferred.

• For EMEA language roles, primary language should be C1 and English B2 or above.

• Strong interpersonal, listening, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice interactions and provide timely resolutions.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Resolve customer issues during the first interaction wherever possible (First Call Resolution).

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide accurate solutions (TSR role).

• Maintain accurate case documentation and update CRM records.

• Identify root causes by asking relevant diagnostic questions.

• Escalate unresolved issues as per defined processes.

• Meet operational KPIs, quality standards, and productivity targets.

• Maintain professionalism and empathy during customer interactions.

• Follow organizational processes and compliance guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation is compulsory.

• Immediate joiners (0-day notice period) preferred.

• International Voice Process experience is mandatory.

• Strong communication and customer handling skills.

• Technical support experience is preferred for TSR openings.
