Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain professional with strong expertise in Sourcing & Procurement, team handling, client management, and operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and stakeholder interactions.
• Lead, motivate and manage the team.
• Monitor delivery, quality, performance and exceptions.
• Conduct internal performance reviews with teams and leadership.
• Identify and manage potential operational risks.
• Handle process training and employee assessments.
• Channelize workflow and ensure smooth operations.
• Manage escalations and drive timely resolution.
• Support contract administration and day-to-day procurement activities.
• Ensure operational, functional and business objectives are met.
• Manage domestic and international suppliers/customers.
