Job Overview

The Supply Chain Planning & Scheduling Associate will support supply chain planning activities by analyzing supply and demand, managing inventory requirements, resolving ERP exceptions, and coordinating with Upstream, Downstream, Expediting, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth material availability.

Required Skills & Experience

• Functional understanding of Upstream and Downstream SCM processes.

• Prior experience in SCM Planning.

• Experience in supply, materials, replenishment, or production planning.

• Oil & Gas industry experience is preferred.

• Strong hands-on experience with MS Excel and Power BI.

• Experience with ERP, preferably JD Edwards.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent spoken and written communication.

• Ability to collaborate, influence stakeholders, and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze exception messages generated by the ERP system.

• Analyze supply and demand requirements.

• Collaborate with Upstream and Downstream teams.

• Raise material requirements in the system through internal or external sourcing.

• Monitor overdue receipt reports.

• Coordinate with Expeditors to track and expedite overdue POs.

• Identify and resolve supply chain exceptions.

• Report and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders.

• Publish Supply/Demand balance reports.

• Ensure availability of materials while minimizing stock-outs and over-ordering.
