Job Title  : Supply Chain Planning & Scheduling Associate 

Job Description

We are hiring a Supply Chain Planning & Scheduling Associate in Mumbai with 2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Supply Planning, Replenishment Planning, Materials Planning, Inventory Management, and Production/Work Order Planning. The role will support end-to-end supply chain planning activities by analyzing supply and demand, reviewing ERP exceptions, managing material requirements, monitoring purchase orders, and coordinating with upstream and downstream teams to ensure optimal inventory availability.

Candidates with experience in the Oil & Gas industry and hands-on knowledge of JD Edwards ERP, MS Excel, and Power BI will be preferred. The role requires strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Shift: Rotational Shifts, including Night Shifts

Key Responsibilities

1. Review ERP-generated exception messages, analyze supply and demand requirements, and identify potential supply chain risks or shortages.

2. Perform Supply Planning, Replenishment Planning, Materials Planning, and Inventory Management activities to maintain optimal stock levels.

3. Collaborate with Upstream and Downstream SCM teams to raise material requirements for internal or external sourcing and ensure timely availability.

4. Monitor overdue receipt and purchase order reports, coordinate with Expeditors, and follow up on overdue POs for timely resolution and expediting.

5. Prepare and publish Supply/Demand balance reports, escalate issues, resolve exceptions, and proactively prevent stock-outs or over-ordering.

Qualification

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management, Supply Planning, Materials Planning, Replenishment Planning, Inventory Management, or related SCM functions.

• Experience in Supply Planner, Supply Chain Planner, Materials Planner, Distribution Planner, or Production/Work Order Planning roles is preferred.

• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is an advantage.

• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Power BI, and hands-on experience with JD Edwards ERP.

• Exposure to Demand Planning and Forecasting is a good-to-have skill.
