We’re hiring a Spanish Procurement Operations Specialist with strong Spanish language proficiency and exposure to procurement, purchase orders, supply chain operations, or procurement support. Shift: Flexible (5:00 PM-2:30 AM or 10:00 PM-7:00 AM)
Salary: Up to 7 LPA

What You’ll Do

* Provide Spanish language support for procurement and supply chain operations
* Review purchase requisition (PR) and shopping cart (SC) requests
* Support purchase order (PO) creation and procurement processing
* Coordinate with Spanish-speaking stakeholders to resolve operational queries
* Ensure compliance with SLA, quality standards, and procurement processes
* Perform data validation, documentation, reporting, and process improvement activities
* Participate in client calls and support cross-functional operations teams

What We’re Looking For

* Spanish language proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
* 1-4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, or shared services
* Basic understanding of procurement operations, PO creation, PR/SC processing, and supply chain workflows
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
* Willingness to work flexible evening/night shifts

Eligibility

* Minimum 15 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3)
* PAN and DOB are mandatory for profile creation
