Network Support Engineer

Role Summary

Provide L1/L2 endpoint and basic network support for end-users. Assist with day-to-day network and security operations including Cisco and Palo Alto environments. Ensure SLA adherence with strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Endpoint Support: Support desktops, laptops, OS, and standard IT applications for end-users

- Network Troubleshooting: Resolve basic LAN, VLAN, IP addressing, and connectivity issues. Assist with monitoring and basic config checks on Cisco switches and routers  

- Security Support: Support Palo Alto Firewall operations including rule verification, NAT checks, and log monitoring

- Service Delivery: Respond to incidents and service requests as per SLA. Maintain accurate documentation and records

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 2–3 years in endpoint support and basic network support

- Technical: Basic knowledge of Cisco Switching & Routing. Palo Alto Firewall fundamentals. LAN/VLAN/IP troubleshooting

- Certification: 1 basic certification is mandatory – CCNA, Network+, or equivalent

- Competencies: Strong troubleshooting, Documentation skills, Clear communication, SLA-driven mindset

Hyderabad OR Pune. Candidates must be open to work from either location.
