Role Overview

TCS is hiring an SME – CA/CFA to provide subject matter expertise in Capital Markets and Financial Analysis. The role involves financial statement analysis, trade lifecycle management, capital market operations, process improvement, stakeholder collaboration, SOP governance, and supporting operational excellence across financial services delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth financial statement analysis and profitability assessment.

• Conduct ratio analysis, trend analysis, and comparative financial analysis.

• Guide teams on the complete trade lifecycle including execution, settlement, clearing, and reconciliation.

• Support change management, training, and performance improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with product owners to define business and functional requirements.

• Review BRDs, functional specifications, and system design documents.

• Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.

• Resolve operational queries and support SLA achievement.

• Develop, review, and maintain SOPs and quality documentation.

• Ensure compliance with capital market workflows and operational standards.

• 7–10 years of Capital Market / Financial Services experience.

• CA or CFA qualification.
