Understanding of lean six sigma/Agile methodology


Good to have

Certifications in capital and stock markets (NISM / CMSA etc.) certification will be added to the advantages.


Responsibilities

1 Interpret financial performance and profitability. Perform ratio, trend, and comparative financial analysis

2 Guide teams on the end-to-end trade lifecycle: order initiation, execution, matching, settlement, confirmation, clearing, and reconciliations.

3 Support change management, training plans, and performance management rituals (daily huddles, root-cause analysis).

4 Partner with product owners to define functional requirements, review BRDs, functional specifications, and system design documents ensuring alignment with capital market workflows.

5 Understand, articulate and implement best practices related to his/her area of expertise.

6 Participate in implementation of process improvement recommendations, Ability to simplify complexity and influence outcomes.

7 Drive effective day‑to‑day problem solving and query management, enabling the team to meet or exceed service level commitments

8 Provide subject‑matter leadership in defining, reviewing, and maintaining SOPs and quality reports, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance with established standards.
