PTP Analyst (Procure-to-Pay)

Education

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3)

• Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting or equivalent (B.Com/MBA preferred)

Must-Have Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) / Invoice Processing

• Hands-on experience with SAP

• Strong knowledge of Invoice Processing

• Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

• Understanding of Purchase Order (PO) and Non-PO Invoice Processing

Good-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of SAP MM Module

• Vendor Management and Master Data Management

• Customer-centric approach

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent team player with good communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Process PO and Non-PO invoices accurately within SLA

• Handle invoice processing, payments, vendor management, and master data management

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions in SAP

• Maintain high levels of accuracy and compliance with process guidelines

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve invoice-related queries

• Utilize MS Office tools, especially Excel, for reporting and analysis

• Ensure all deliverables are completed within defined timelines

Eligibility

• Experience: 2–4 years in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) / Invoice Processing

• Experience in SAP is mandatory

• Good verbal and written communication skill
