Job Description

TCS is hiring experienced professionals for the Senior Process Associate / SME – FP&A role. We are looking for candidates with strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and Oracle ERP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Develop financial models and provide actionable business insights.

• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations.

• Analyze financial performance and support strategic decision-making.

• Work with Oracle ERP, Hyperion, and Power BI for financial reporting.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred).

• 4–8 years of experience in FP&A or Financial Analysis.

• Strong expertise in Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Analysis, Oracle ERP, Hyperion, Power BI, and Advanced MS Excel.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
