We’re hiring an RTR Tower Lead (Record to Report) with strong experience in RTR operations, finance transformation, service delivery leadership, SAP or JD Edwards, and shared services operations. If you have a background leading large finance teams, driving operational excellence, and managing end-to-end RTR delivery, this is an excellent opportunity to lead a critical finance tower.

What You’ll Do

* Own end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) tower operations and service delivery
* Lead month-end close, reporting, reconciliations, compliance, and finance governance
* Manage large finance operations teams, resource planning, and performance management
* Drive SLA adherence, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction
* Lead incident, problem, change, and risk management initiatives
* Drive automation, cost optimization, process improvement, and digital transformation
* Partner with business leaders and global stakeholders through governance reviews and performance reporting
* Ensure audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration

What We’re Looking For

* 10-15 years of experience in Record to Report (RTR)
* 7+ years of leadership experience in RTR, finance operations, transitions, or shared services
* Strong expertise in SAP or JD Edwards (JDE)
* Experience managing large teams, service delivery, governance, and stakeholder relationships
* Strong knowledge of RTR processes, financial reporting, reconciliations, controls, and compliance
* Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
* Lean Six Sigma certification or formal training is preferred (Black Belt is an advantage)

Education

* B.Com, M.Com, CA, or equivalent qualification in Finance & Accounting

Important Notes

* 5 days work from office is mandatory, including one weekend during month-end close
* PAN and DOB are mandatory for profile creation
