Finance lead:

• Experience in managing the BPS team with 80 to 100+ team members
• Excellent leadership skills
• Being responsible for ensuring stakeholder expectations are being managed effectively, reviewing needs for business requirement changes, evaluating user satisfaction and managing overall demand and consumption
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate business partnering
• Ability to manage and co-ordinate the performance of the obligation and acts as the primary contact for client executive management
• Drive transformation and continuous improvements to improve processes over and beyond contractual obligations
• Driving growth and revenue for the project
• Driving people retention
• Effectively manage conflict
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Strong Knowledge of FP&A and RTR and working knowledge of PTP and OTC
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to analyse complex reports
• Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities
