Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Scheduling Associate to manage and coordinate interview schedules for international recruitment processes. The candidate will work closely with Talent Acquisition teams, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure smooth and timely interview coordination across phone, video, and in-person formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers across different time zones.

• Manage interview calendars and ensure accurate scheduling and availability.

• Communicate interview details, confirmations, rescheduling, and updates to candidates and hiring teams.

• Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to understand interview requirements.

• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively.

• Maintain interview trackers, reports, and scheduling records.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Use MS Excel and Outlook to manage scheduling data and communication.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• 4–8 years of overall experience, preferably 3–6 years in interview scheduling.

• Experience in US/UK or other international recruitment processes.

• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or other HRIS platforms.

• Experience working in shared services or GBS environments.

• Familiarity with interview scheduling automation tools.

• Understanding of US recruitment practices and employment compliance.
