RESPONSIBILITIES

 Understand F&A and perform Quality checks for F&A teams – PTP, OTC, RTR, Payroll, Project Costing , Treasury , Tax , FPA

 Perform deliverables and support AP, RTR, PTP teams in month end and Quarter close activities as required

 Performing compliance verification/approval and quality review.

 Internal Quality control review

 SOX Reporting review

 Supporting Statutory audit, Internal audit & GFCs compliances

 Arrange for periodic trainings to the staff to be aware of the changes in the accounting policies and procedures as well as customer specific changes

 Periodic calls and meetings with client to discuss SLA/KPI compliance and ongoing plans to improve processes

 Drive transformation & Process Improvement

 QC Activities / Audit

 MIS Reporting on SLA/KPI

 Stakeholders’ management

 Preparation of Governance Decks
