Job Summary

We are hiring a Sourcing & Procurement Team Leader / SME with strong experience in procurement operations, team leadership, supplier management, governance, process controls and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10–15 members, including recruitment, training and performance management.

• Manage daily processes, operational metrics and SLA delivery.

• Handle domestic and international suppliers/customers.

• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders on delivery requirements.

• Manage and resolve requester/supplier queries and exceptions.

• Handle contract and catalog creation, administration and compliance.

• Support category teams with spend consolidation and PO reviews.

• Drive process improvements and operational excellence.

• Establish process controls, quality plans and risk-mitigation initiatives.

• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation plans.

• Ensure robust governance, controls and compliance.

Required Skills

• 6–10 years of experience in Sourcing & Procurement.

• Prior experience as a Team Leader/SME in Procurement.

• Strong understanding of sourcing and procurement processes.

• Team leadership and people-management skills.

• Supplier/customer management experience.

• Exposure to Oracle, Coupa and SAP.

• Strong MS Office skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Collaboration, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.

• Strong analytical and result-oriented approach.

Education

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).

Eligibility

Ex-TCS employees are not eligible.
