Job Title : PTP MDM Team Lead 

Job Description

We are hiring an experienced PTP MDM Team Lead to manage Vendor Master Data and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations in Kolkata. The role requires strong expertise in vendor master data governance, P2P processes, ERP systems, stakeholder management, and process improvement. The ideal candidate should have 8–12 years of P2P experience, including 5+ years as an SME in relevant processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage Vendor Master Data creation, modification, and deactivation.

• Ensure data accuracy, governance, compliance, and internal controls.

• Act as the escalation point for complex vendor master issues.

• Collaborate with AP, Procurement, Tax, Treasury, and business stakeholders.

• Drive process improvements, automation, and transformation initiatives.

• Support audits, risk management, ERP enhancements, testing, and UAT.

• Lead and mentor team members while promoting knowledge sharing.

• Monitor reporting, quality, compliance, and process performance.

• Support stakeholder governance and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).

• B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, Bachelor's/Master's in Finance & Accounting or equivalent.

• 8–12 years of P2P experience, including 5+ years as an SME.

• Lean Six Sigma certification/formal training; Black Belt preferred.

• Strong SAP/JDE and MS Excel expertise.
